Take baby steps. Re-use the 40 size engine, radio gear, battery and servos that's on/in your Alpha 40 and put it on a low priced TT Lazy Tiger, or even a low priced Avistar. You will crash them at some point. Join the club. It happens to ALL of us. No sense losing the farm because of impatience. You have the rest of your life. Don't be a shooting star and burn out because of bad choices. Take baby steps.
