As I suggested contact people and explain to them the radius of your curve to receive their
recommendation for a specific thickness and least expensive grade for proper functionality.
Most plastics distributors sell multiple thicknesses of phenolic "in stock" and not necessarily
listed...online. My post was intended to be a resource and not necessarily an end unto itself.
