now as I can see the details of your boat i really have to say you did a great craftsmanship job! Well done, man!
And 5.5 lbs. - that should be only 2.5 kgs., if I didn´t calculate wrong - which is also a very good (low) value.

I would be very pleased if you could find the time during the winter,
to build one or two of my "nightmare"-designs and be able to sail them against your current boat next spring!

If you are really into making moulds let me tell you, that I do not ask for any royalty fees if you use my designs -
not now and not for the future.
If you have any chance to get into production with these boats, just do it!
