Default RE: second plane

If you are interested in electrics, especially smaller airplanes, take a look at the T-28 or possibly even the Corsair from Parkzone. Both are 4-channel planes and available either ready to fly with a radio, battery and charger or as a plug-n-play requiring you to add your own radio gear, batteries and charger.

Of the two, I think the T-28 is probably the best second plane but I suppose the Corsair isn't out of the question either. Both have spare parts available if you crash.

Another option might be the E-Flite Apprentice. It is more of a primary trainer but it wouldn't hurt for a first 4-channel plane.

If you decide to go with a larger, more traditional plane go to the beginners forum and see the sticky post toward the top that lists good trainer and intermediate planes. For these types of planes, I would definitely stick to a primary trainer.
