RE: FUNJET
I ran a 6x4 apc on 4s 2200 25c EVO's and pulled about 60 amps. On my stryker that gave me about 105 mph. It was fun and the vertical was outrageous. That was a pretty light setup and and the stryker flew great. I had to cut my flight times shorter than I would have liked. Battery temp was OK though.
I'm going to set up a funjet and am trying to figure out what to run. I like a light setup that will do about 110 to 120. I have the 2W-25 and a 16/25/3. I could run the latter on a 7x7 or 7x8 at lower amps but I wonder if that prop is too big for a funjet.
Do you know what the weight barrier is where you cross over from having a fun to fly plane to a fast but heavy flying sled. I want some speed but want to keep it light too.
