The 100K is a very thick oil. it will make the diff more or less locked and apply drive to both tracks evenly. Tear down is fairly simple ( see your manual ) Go to ebay and search for Blizzard Bearings. Get the full set from the seller in Hong Kong. He is cheap and fast. On your shifting, it sounds like adjustment. I don't have the nitro version.
