You should have used self locking nuts,or regular nuts and spring washers like these:
,this would have helped you a lot.I dont think it is nessesary to put lock tite on each and every bolt and nut when the self locking nuts already excists
It have been nice to help you and to give you some (hopefully) good advice.The best advice (i guess) was that i saw the wheels turning the wrong way
look up "Nordlock" washers...an aviation washer. I had to use 'em on my machinesto stop a bolt from coming loose on the timing disc that sontrols home position, and machine function...critical that it stays where you want it to!!!
