Hi Thanks.. Try swaping tracks like i said above... also it sounds like you need to adjust your clutch properly there is a allen screw for this read your manual it will show you how to adjust it...

I don't know about 100K diff fluid it will most likely leak out i would try filling the diff with badhorsi diff locking grease this stuff is super sticky and works great.
