Your 46LA should turn a 10x6 at a higher RPM than it will turn the 11x6. In theory that would equal more speed. In reality it may or may not be faster. The aerodynamics, and weight, of the airplane have a major impact on speed. On one model the 10x6 might be faster and it might be slower on a different model.

On a trainer, especially while learning to fly and land, more speed can be a bad thing.
