Default RE: Engine Sources????

I'm not saying that the CY or the zenoah, is more reliable than the other. Can also say that I have not had any trouble with the CY cylinder wearing, the CY has been holding up well. The point I have been trying to make is the CY cost less, it also has the power needed on a RC Airboat, and the engines has held up well. As for what engine to use for the rc car, water prop boat, or anything else that needs a engine to turn very high rpm's (14,000 and up) I could not say which would be better for the dollar.
On the RC Airboat 11,000rpm is the point at which props 14" diameter start to loose their performance, for this reason the engines last, with out much trouble. The test was done for the reason, I have many customers that want the biggest badest engine they can get for their rc airboat, it was to show that just because a engine is rated at a higher HP that it is not always the way to go.
Text on your site. You are welcome and thank you for putting it there.
My point and this is for RC Airboats, 2 engines, one for $164.00 and one for $214.00 both are comparable in HP, speed and power to move the airboat across land or water. Both will give a long time of fun and enjoyment, when properly taken care of. I do not sell either engine to make a profit, what ever the price difference is in the engine that is the price difference in the airboat, so I have no reason to say either engine is better than the other.
I have not built nor sold ten thousand gasoline powered boats, no where near that number, I can say that none of my customers have complained about their engine, the zenoah or the CY.
