2-way switch has 3 posts, but only two wires.... The function is to either close the circuit (ON) or open the circuit (OFF).
Not familiar with el-mod, too expensive for me. Unless el-mod circuit has three wires (one source, or hot, and two loads,, or one load and one positive source and one negative source) you gain nothing by changing the switch.

If the el-mod circuit has two source wires and you can identify the servo drive wire in the existing circuit, the servo drive wire would go to the center post, and one of the two source wires would go to one outside post, the other source wire to the other post (electrically, it doesn't matter which source to wich outside post).

I think that you really need to talk to Darkith. He is the Guru of HL and compatible electronics.
