I think they just got swamped with a lot of orders. I ordered Sat. & got confermation Sun. & tracking # Mon. by noon. Checked UPS tracking & should get the plane Fri. I guess that is quick enough. I think maybe we all should be patient , it sounds like everything is working out. I've been watching this thread for awhile & it seems like John does a heck of a job. I've seen him take an awful lot of abuse & obvious somebody trying to get something for nothing. I think he might be the only one there that can speak English or really cares about customer service.
