RE: Black Friday order
My Black Friday order isn't going so well. When I ordered the plane It showed in stock. I ordered it and got the email telling me thanks and then got a tracking #. This was all done by Saturday. I've been checking the UPS tracking and it has never shown that they have the package. I got on the live chat with nitro models and spoke to Mary and was told that she was sorry about the delay and she was checking to see if it was still in the warehouse. She came back and told me it had been picked up by UPS and would be able to be tracked soon. So I tried to track it today and its still not showing to be in the UPS system. I got back on the live chat and this time I talked to Amy and she tells me that the plane is on back order and its going to be 4 to 5 weeks. I asked why I was told that it was sent out yesterday and she didn't know but it is for sure on back order. It showed in stock when I paid for it but now I'm being told it is in back order. I think I got screwed and my plane went out and I stuck waiting on the back orders. I'm not sure I going to wait for the new shipment. Maybe JOHN from nitro planes can tell me what happened.
