I can recommend two companies with whom I have done business.

Both companies can make almost anythng from photos. Their quality is far superior to the local sign shops. The vinyls are 2mm, whick makes them look more like paint.
I'm sure there are others, but I have had good luck with these two.
Thanks for the info. Does anyone know of a shop that makes dry transfers? Or even wet transfer decals? The vinyl graphics are too thick for what I need.
