is a 20cc Gas SAITO. A four stroke too boot.
It may be too small, but it is a Saito.

Yeah, I saw that same engine. But do you notice that the ad doesn't list the price? I was thinking about getting one of these engines, then I went to Horizon's site to get the price. $529!!!!! [X(] I'm sure I can live without this engine for awhile!!!!
