Default RE: revo anodized swaybar where?

No you havent seen one. Swaybars are made of steel, so it may have been powdercoated red... to be anodized it would have to be made of aluminum, and that would be building in failure since swaybars are made to be bent and spring back.... The problem is Fatigue life. Aluminum has a finite fatigue life, while steel has an infinite fatigue life. What does that mean? Here is an example. Lets say you have two bars, one steel and one aluminum. Both are made so that it takes 100 pounds of pressure to bend them. So you take both and put 50 pounds of pressure on them, then take it off. If you do this over and over, the steel bar will last forever, but eventualy the aluminum one will just snap. That's why aluminum airliners have to be retired after a certain number of hours flying, so that the aluminum doesn't reach is fatigue life and snap....

You may also be thinking about traxxas's red anodized toe/rocker links....
