I'll tell you the problem i've had with pull-pulls on 4 mil hinges: By the time i get em tight enough to keep from fluttering, the hinge line starts to crush, and they get loose again. I know alot of pbf's are done this way, but, the rudders alot smaller, and doesn't require alot of pull to keep em tight.
If i were gonna bother, i'd use hinge points for hinges.
