I never try to run them slower than 23/2400. It's almost impossible to get a 63 to run that slow.

The Hobbico oil will ruin all the silicone parts in the engine, if it hasn't already. Do not use it.

How does the engine die, rich or lean? How far open is the airbleed? How far open is the HS needle? Have you adjusted the regulator?
