OK I have a question now, I took my engine off, its mounted on a Pizazz 40, and the aluminum mounting pieces(one on each side bolted to plywood mounts on each side of the engine compartment) were broken, one clean through and the other cracked about half way! I'm not sure but could this effect the engines idle? I know it sounds stupid but I have to ask. Also just for the record this plane has not crashed or even had a bad landing.
