RE: Broken tranny
Springs are fine, I use fuel tubing for a more positive "feel" while shifting. The one thing you need to keep in mind while using the reverse is to be absolutly sure the truck/wheels are stopped before shifting, Thats how the reverse/tranny gets busted.
