I'm with you bassmanh!!! I've followed this thread for quite a while & it seems most of the negative comments come from people that read one or two posts & felt that it makes them an expert !! I feel that John does one heck of a job. I know I'll catch h#@@ for this but, guys if you want a perfect, RTF plane then go pay $200. to $400. or more for one & get your "perfect don't have to do nothing plane !!!!! Nitro sells "ARFs" AlMOST READY TO FLY!!!!!!!! If you need that "immediate customer service thing" then go to your LHS. I would like to see all the guys that have had good service from Nitro or had John help out on a problem post on this thread.
