Another incorrect item and missing item
So I ordered a Orange/White Falcon and a 7x5 prop from the Black Friday sale. So I received my order yesterday and they sent me the Black Falcon and no prop at all. I emailed them which the reply was to call them, I tried, phone just rings and rings with no answer or machine.
Next I tried their live chat and was told to wait for 10 minutes, then was told someone would email me!
I informed them I already talked to someone in email and they said to call, which I could not get anyone to answer, so used the live chat???
Dispute thru Pay-Pal and my credit card seems to be the only answer I can see now?
