NitroStaff1 has evaded another email i had sent and a Pm all while having ACTIVE activity/log in time the last two days!His last log in was 5:22 pm 12/13/08 and i still am waiting for a response here.

You never stated whether or not the blueray PE cnc-all aluminum is in stock or not??
This was supposed to be a gift and i would of thought more compensation would of been offered here..i am highly dissapointed.
Can you not at least offer me a chance to keep what was sent for what i should of been charged for the blueray legend or offer to at least throw in some parts or whatever?The legend goes for 249.95.. i was charged 329.95......can you not credit my paypal 100.00 or so and i at least have the gift to give my nephew??-
This is dec. 11 already and by the time i return it..wait for paypal credit..i will be screwed!
On 12/13/08 i had forwarded the above Pm to his email (which i initially had sent on 12/12/08) without his response... to ensure he would read it but STILL yet i have no response from him...i smell a fraudulent rat here.
My take on this ordeal is that i was sent the incorrect heli all while Nitroplanes knew i had ordered the Blueray PE version and paid for it at 329.95,yet they figured i was just another gullible newbie dummy who would not know any different from the blueraySE version i was sent which normally prices out at 249.95.
In no way did they offer me any discount or compensation in the dollars amount difference so that i could at LEAST have a gift to give here considering it is 12/14/08.
I expect an answer here from Nitrostaff1...oh and Ramjet i am hearing you loud @ clear on this one but it's pathetic to think that fly by night companies think they Can get away with this...amazing!
