I just used the top of the fuse side, Its a nice straight line that is paralel to the thrust line, and pretty much set it in a neutral or level position, to set up the tail. then macthed the wing to the stab. Then After I mounted the engine I checked everything again in relation to one another and ended up with 1 degree postive in the wing, 0 in the tail with 2 degrees downthrust in the engine, so mine worked out pretty well!
