On 12/13/08 i had forwarded the above Pm to his email (which i initially had sent on 12/12/08) without his response... to ensure he would read it but STILL yet i have no response from him...i smell a fraudulent rat here.
My take on this ordeal is that i was sent the incorrect heli all while Nitroplanes knew i had ordered the Blueray PE version and paid for it at 329.95,yet they figured i was just another gullible newbie dummy who would not know any different from the blueraySE version i was sent which normally prices out at 249.95.
When something gets fouled up, it's easy to assume that you are being screwed and this is purposely done.
I've made the same assumptions and I was proven wrong... ( my old post some 25 planes ago still appears here... ).
However the cost of a heli is "noise" to any company, compared to the grief of dealing with an unhappy customer.
Don't assume the worst.
John does a great job straightening out any problems.
PM him again, and hold the belligerant tone as you'll get further this way.
