Default RE: skyshark kits no more

While I may be one of the few that were not a fan of SkyShark's service and attitudes, wherein there might have been a disagreement, I must admit that their Warbirts were top shelf and am glad that I have one of their P-40 Warhawks!

NOW...all of this said, it is my understanding from the folks at KMP in Canada that they use the same manufacturer in China as does (Did) SkyShark!

And, as such, I also understand that there was an agreement by all parties involved that whatever SkyShark had and/or had developed...KMP could not have and vice-versa??

In light of all of this and SkyShark's decisions, in the overall best interest of the hobby and those that purchased SkyShark Warbirds and/or were planning to...........I think it would nice and a class act on SkyShark's part to release and and all rights to their Warbirds (parts, complete assemblies and entire planes) to KMP.....that is if KMP wants to do this???

YES???

NO???
