Sigh... Disregard the people on the phone...

The easiest and quickest way to fix this is to PM John here ( nitrostaff1 ) with this information, then allow a day or two for a response.

Mention that NP sent the wrong item ( clearly their fault ) and John will take care of things for you.

As if folks know that the way they are supposed to handle not getting there products as ordered is to Not call the help lines.
Your supposed to already know if your order is wrong the go to RCU and look for NITRO SUPPORT. And supposed to know to send him a PM and be sure to allow
time for his response. If it takes alot longer than a couple days no problem you weren't going to fly this month anyway.
This is the type stuff you think new or even experienced flyers are supposed to magically know. You put Sigh like someone is a DA for calling the help lines that is a shame.
