When it is blowing more than 15, I usually fly an Ultra Sport 40 or the KAOS 40 and these fly great. And are good second planes. Stable, predictable, and handle great in the wind.

The Great Planes P51 Kits wing is simular to the Ultra Sport 40 wing. Just flew one of these in a 15 mph wind and it was very stable, even at slow speeds.
