The OS PowerBox mufflers are pretty quiet. But, the problem you will run into with a 11" prop is prop noise related to higher RPM. The higher RPM's relate to more noise, and it's pretty hard to get away from that with the smaller diameter props. The three blade prop may be the best solution, with either engine.
