You will have to do some shaving of firewall former from the bottom and top as mine had to be done so cowl can easily be attached on it and also to somewhat blend with belly's profile in that area...take a look at this area next time you get on building it..

Oh before i forget, i will take out spoilers and take few pictures for you. If i were to make then now i would use totally different methods and materials of today's standards ie: Composites for the spoiler panel, latch and actuating system!.
