Sig makes a 1/4 scale tailwheel with multiple leaf springs, similar to the fullscale, and looks okay, it has the bent wire fork (you supply the wheel), and can be made to look better. I used one to modify for my L-19 project and used the forks and wheel from a Klett. The springs are very strong, and you can use one or all to get the amount of "spring" you need.
