The tga f15 flies very well. But olny under power. I dead sticked my second flight due to a lean needle setting. I got lucky and made the field with a little damage to the mains and nose gear. The nice thing about this jet is that it will not snap or drop a wing when it stalls. It will just fall out of the sky like a rock with a small parachute. Overall, I don't think you could find a better jet than this for your first one. With a dynamax fan and os 91 it is very fast. If you build it lite, it will take off easy and will have great vertical ability. Try to keep it under 11 pounds.
