The RSC RV-50 has arrived. It is a nice package. Packed well. Included in the box is:
1. Engine
2. Muffler with 3 graphite impregnated gasket
3. Aluminum Standoffs (4) with 8 case hardened bolts
4. Electronic ignition Module
5. Spark plug with spacer (2)
6. Spark plug wrench

I fabricated a drill guide to drill the props. This engine has a 10mm shaft and 6 5mm bolts to retain the prop so the props will have to be drilled. I also installed 5mm-0.8 keenserts in both ends of all the aluminum standoffs so there will be steel on steel threads. The electronic ignition will operate on 4.8 - 6.0 vdc so unless a regulator or a diode is installed LiPo or A123 batteries can't be used. The muffler is really big and bulky I may look for a different solution but I have to wait until I see what kind of room I have on the AMR Trainer 50. The last two pics are the drill guide I made for the prop and the Keenserts I installed in the aluminum stand offs.
