Mabuchi 380
Dimensions (not including shaft): 43mm long x 27.7mm diameter
Shaft dimensions: 13.8mm long x 2.3mm diameter


Mabuchi 370
Dimensions (not including shaft): 30.8 mm long x 24.4 mm diameter
Shaft dimensions: 10.5 mm long x 2.0 mm diameter

It doesn't look like I can swap the 370 in the original Traxx with the 380. What do you guys think?
