Think carport or parking garage for a apt. Get training gear if you do not have it yet. Also you can tie your heli down to anything heavey on for corners of the traing gear just so it only moves a few feet in each direction if your really worried about it getting away! Really! (half bricks work fine for this)
I have a patio but its not much used on windy days as our winds shift a 180 in a second where I live.
