Yea - I've heard this too - I was also told they were in the process of fixing the injection molding machine (needed a new boiler or something like that) - but they do say some kits are now in production - which I've never been told before........so I'm guessing they have got it fixed. In fact - they were very up front about the fact I could get any part I needed except the injection molded foam on many occasions.
