I've been to Cardiff about 5-6 times for business before retiring from 3M. I do prefer the sunny weather here in southern Florida. I'm using a single A123 in my Sukhoi that supplies power to both the ignition and AR9000 receiver without any problems. Hitec 5985's all around. Regarding the position of the stabilizer, I just moved mine to the forward position and flew it for the first time today. Tom recommended this a couple of posts back and it seems to have helped me with a wing rocking issue, but I will have to fly it more to reach a final conclusion. I also followed the Tired Old Man's recommend to ease up on the ailerons.

You will enjoy the plane, I've been learning a lot flying it.
