JR XP 6102 and a JR 4 channel basic radio. Both worked yesterday.

The plug is a Radio Shack 1/8" solder phone plug, part #274-287. I used this plug to fix the dual adapter that the AFPD came with. I developed a bad connection in the y-connection of the supplied adapter as shown here:

I have a feeling that the cable is broken internally right where it comes out of the plastic box as seen here:
