Now let me see, wings that dont fit the fuse, landing gear mounting holes that dont matchup, wing tube an inch too long, uncoated pull pull cable ( I am glad I am using spektrum) you get all of this pleasure for a mere $499. You guys must be kidding. The first and last of these for me. Oh, and dont give that business that the plane is for the "experienced modeler"because I am.
We guys are not kidding. First off, find another plane (except Nitro Plane) to match this price. Secondly, do yo really think everything in life is perfect? These two minor issues you mentioned are really minor. I built two of the small Sukhois and only one had the wing roots too long for the pockets- BFD My holes for the LG lined up. Go buy an EF or Aeroworks kit for much more and see if you get a flawless kit. I know you won't.
