Sure.
Most floatplanes take off from water in about the same distance they would take off from land. You have plenty of power for your plane, which would fly fine with a much weaker .40 plain bearing engine.

Read the articles about how to set up your floats, and if the floats are installed correctly, you should have no trouble.
