jpal- Dude- That sucks that everything you got in the box was screwed up- I hate to hear that, as Tom has EARNED my business- he is a straight forward, stand up guy that has PROVEN that he will stand behind his product- Like the sleepy old guy said, I would be surprised if you brough ALL of these problems to his attention, and he didn't offer to do anything-
