I have finished reviewing the manual and parts and have started basic assembly. The only issue I have had so far is that the interlocking pieces are really tight. When I tried to fit them together like a interlocking puzzle piece, the lamination of the plywood started separating. So to resolve this I placed a 3/4 inch plywood block over the joint and lightly tapped the block and the pieces went right together without damage.

Edit: Ok I made my first rookie mistake. It will not be my last. I have removed the 1/4X1/4 Balsa from one of the pieces and moved it to the other side. I will add the new pic so everyone can see the wrong and right way to do it.
