i have just finished my flyswallow 46, and tried to test fly it.
i havnt been able to clear the length of the runway yet.

i have set the C of G as stated in the instruction 16.5 inches back from front of wing.
i had to add a tremendous amount of lead to balance it.

when i try to fly the plane it shoots up into the air then dives straight down.
on the last try it took off ok then after about 4metres it dived to the ground

can you tell me if the Cof G shown is correct, and does it need up elevator dailed in

each time it is damaged more and more
and do not want to wreck it before i get to have one flight
