Ok, So I think I understand. If a turbine, wheather used or not AND has past the two year warranty), passes the inspection it will get a 6 months warranty for $65 inspection charge?

Yes the $65 inspection "buys" a six month warranty, upgrades and repairs to factory specifications also provide a six month warranty.
