I doubt it's the fastest but I can tell you there is no chopping when running a simulator (Reflex).

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00GHz (turned up to 3.60GHz)

Video Card: EVGA E-Geforce 8800GT 600MHz 512MB

Ram: 6 GB

Hard Drive: 500GB

Power Supply: 750 Watt

Operating system: Vista 64bit (Ultimate)

24 inch monitor
