i would not be afraid of the poulan pro 46 cc as long as you get the frank bowman ring for it i have converted 3 poulan 46cc all with ei. i got all the conversion parts from brillelli over the last 2 years parts can now be had at brielli custom. mark does great work i should mention i first converted one and left in the stock ring and it lasted one season before the compresion got so bad it was hard to start when hota new frank bowman ring fixed her right up i dont know the longivity of the 46cc maybe some one has more time on theirs and will chime in.
