ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW!!!!!!!!!!

JAMES CHEN AND THE "FEJ" TEAM ARE JUST GREAT.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME, THERE ARE SOME VERY SERIOUS LESSONS TO BE LEARNED FROM "FEJ"

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SECOND TO NONE. THEY BUILD A VERY STRONG PRODUCT

I had a cartwheel with my FEJ F16 1/8 this weekend and she rolled over twice before settling upside down.
This was total operator error, I aborted the takeoff due to lack of speed and at that same time the plane
became airborne and lost speed very quick and hit the grass straight ahead.

THIS IS THE TESTAMENT TO THEIR PRODUCT THE ONLY THING THAT BROKE WAS THE NOSE CONE AND MY
NOSE GEAR " UNBELIEVABLE"

IF ANYONE IS CONSIDERING WHETHER TO TAKE A CHANCE ON "FEJ" DO IT!!!! THESE GUYS WILL BACK THEIR
PRODUCT UP MORE THAN THEY HAVE TO AND THE SAYING" WE ARE NOT HAPPY UNTIL THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY" RUNS THROUGH THE CORE OF THEIR BUSINESS.

I have had the need for a few replacement items to finish the F16 and there is never a question of WHY!!! but rather "what is the address so we can we ship the items" AND GUESS WHAT ALL ITEMS HAVE COME "AIR FREIGHT" IN 4 DAYS TO MY DOOR FROM THE ORIENT.

BESIDES THAT THEIR PLANES ARE AWESOME AND THE F16 FLIES ROCK SOLID.

AND FOR ANYONE QUESTIONING MY STATUS, NO I AM NOT A FEJ " REP" I AM JUST A REGULAR RC NUT
