Personally I can't see the piont in spending good money on a simulator when you can spend it on planes instead

Go to the kennedy space centre and ride the launch simulator - - - how real is it or does the Kennedy Space centre run a 3rd rate one, I don't think it's any different with Sims and it's probably as close as they can get.

I've learnt ALL 3D with FMS including hovering, harriers, slow rolling harrier circles etc, if you can do it on FMS you can do it with a plane and a little bit of learning the difference isn't that great but to just do it on a plane would take years !!!!

Yes it's different but I would have destroyed several planes learning total 3D but instead killed one and repaired another that flies like new instead of ,maybe 10 planes at least to get where I am now !!!!!

I think I mentioned it earlier but you want to download some of the better planes for FMS, if anyone knows of a decent screen / video capture that doesn't take up huge amounts of fike space and I can record and post somewher will happily do a demo and post it but all te ones I've found so far really slow the computer down so you can''t fly properly or the quality is rubbish
