couldn't agree more. after 8 months and dozens of ship this back to us, return you that, oops we changed this and now it won't fit that so you need to return it, etc...etc....etc.... and being out over $500 already i was asked by James to pay another $300 to return the jets to him and just get back 1/2 what i paid for them i said screw it.........Customer Service? i think not, more like trouble shooting by mastercard with the hopes that junk parts will pacify you till you get fed up and just fix it yourself or give up on the whole thing.
