Under 11 lbs, I would say congrats on a job well done.

First 120 plane I built was a Vortex from RC City. Weight: ... 12 lbs. Had a very pretty paint job though, and its flew fine for me. Later sanded the paint off, got it down to 11.5 with new paint
Guess I used to much epoxy on the wings in those days, as well as bullet proff Retract mounts.
